MJ Builders Limited are involved right from the concept and planning stages including the consent process through to code of compliance. We work alongside architects and a quantity surveyor that we have built strong relationships with to ensure we can guide our clients through each stage of the build process. We then project manage the entire build including sourcing and managing all our trusted subcontractors allowing us to oversee every aspect of the project to enable the continuity of the job from start to finish and making sure it is delivered on time and on budget.

MJ Builders Limited have worked on all styles of home and have successfully completed numerous renovations of all scales. This has included complete strip out and full house remodelling, extensions and revamping outdoor areas as well as refreshing interiors such as kitchens and bathrooms. We are currently working closely with numerous insurance companies to provide efficient, cost effective renovation services to almost one hundred houses across Auckland affected by the flooding.

MJ Builders Limited has extensive experience in decking and outdoor areas helping clients make the most of their outdoor space. This has included creating statement decks, pergolas and fencing enhancing spaces and add value to property.

We can supply and install all cladding types to improve the look, structure and water tightness of both new and older homes. We have been involved in re-cladding damaged and leaking homes to add value and create drier, healthier homes.

MJ Builders Limited have been involved in light commercial construction including office and shop fit outs. We have an excellent reputation as subcontractors for award winning interior refurbishment and fit out specialists and have worked on high end spaces such as high end Commercial Bay workspaces.
